BiteRadar Terms of Service

Last updated: March 23, 2026

By downloading or using the BiteRadar mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Services Provided

BiteRadar provides fish activity predictions and weather-related data to assist users in fishing activities. The data is retrieved from third-party external APIs.

Service Availability: The application is provided on a "best effort" basis. While we strive to ensure constant availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

2. Subscriptions and Ads

BiteRadar offers both free and premium features:

Subscription payments are handled via the respective App Store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

3. Data Accuracy

Since our data (weather, lunar cycles, tide information) is sourced from external providers via APIs, BiteRadar cannot be held responsible for the absolute accuracy of the predictions. Fishing activity is influenced by many factors beyond our control.

4. Use of the Service

You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to BiteRadar.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

6. Limitation of Liability

BiteRadar will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of the application or the reliance on the provided predictions.
